Note to Clients

• Please wear a face mask to your appointments if you have any illness symptoms.
• Eat within 2 hours before your treatment. You should not receive acupuncture on an empty stomach.
• Avoid brushing the tongue the morning of your treatment, as viewing the tongue is part of our diagnosis.
• Wear loose fitting clothing that you can be comfortable in and/or bring shorts to change into.
• Avoid strenuous activity for least 2 hours after your treatment. Some clients feel very relaxed, tired or dizziness after their treatment. 
• Hydrating before and after treatment is highly recommended.
• Bring a list of medications and supplements to your first visit.
